FLEX: to Bend Repeatedly; to Move or Tense (a Muscle) by Contraction.
Both of these definitions express Flex Church Ministries. Our call to team ministry gives Flex the God-given strength to bend with the demands of life and service. We believe this is God’s design to equip the church and to enhance and sustain leaders. The unique gifts of each team member partners with others through life’s adversities. Along with the ability to bend, we have the compounded strength of the Holy Spirit as we strive to walk in one accord. As we share the blessing of another’s anointing, we increase the fulfillment of God’s divine destiny for our lives.
Each minister of Flex Church Ministries is a servant leader who knows that the ministry and the Church belongs to the Lord. Each minister knows that God has ordered their place in the team. The understanding of God’s divine appointments in our lives creates a heart of submission to God and to the team God has called us. We take seriously the call to “submit to one to another in the fear of God.” Ephesians 5:21.
The goal of Flex Church Ministries is to provide guidance, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, for each ministry under its care. We believe that each person and ministry was created in the Father’s heart. We are seeking for each to achieve that unique purpose.
